A loft extension at the summit of Parliament Hill in Hampstead.

The client was fortunate enough to own an apartment on the top floor of a large property in Hampstead. He worked in music publishing and our brief was to provide a loft extension, as part of a larger refurbishment through the property, that was a vast open space. The room was to have a sizeable roof terrace, and had to accommodate 25-30! A small kitchen was tucked into one corner for catering.

The terrace presents an incredible view, as one would expect from the top of Parliament Hill.
